See how five specialized companies, plus a 501(c)(3), coordinate every stage of a Global Estate Hub transaction from listing to closing.
A real estate transaction is not one job. It is a chain of jobs: pricing a property, marketing it, running a fair auction, representing the buyer, arranging capital, and coordinating the paperwork through closing. When one company tries to do all of it, someone's interests usually get blurred. Global Estate Hub takes a different approach: specialized companies, one coordinated lifecycle.
The Idea Behind the Architecture
Each company in the Global Estate Hub ecosystem has a defined role and a defined client. Sellers are represented by a seller's broker. Bidders are represented by a bidder's broker. The auction itself is run by a licensed auctioneer. Capital and referral activity sit in their own entities. Global Estate Hub LLC, the parent, acts as the gateway that connects them so participants never have to figure out who to call next.
Meet the Entities
Century Financial Group Corp is the licensed California brokerage that represents sellers. Led by Karen Luu as listing agent and seller broker, it focuses on compliance and on protecting the seller's reserve price.
Century Real Estate Group Inc runs the auctions. Antoine, a licensed California auctioneer, oversees a transparent online multi-auction platform that supports classic, live, and timed formats.
West Coast Real Estate represents buyers and bidders. Karen Linh Nguyen serves as the dedicated bidder broker, guiding due diligence and bidding strategy so buyers are never bidding alone.
Holistic Funding, led by Jesus Lim, handles capital access and crowdfunding for acquisitions and co-living conversions.
Unity Financial Group Inc, led by Hong Thi Kim Nguyen, operates the affiliate marketing and referral network that lets partners earn commission by connecting participants.
Sitting alongside the companies is Global Estate Hub Societies, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Led by Sophia Linh Luu and Jesus Lim, it acts as transaction coordinator, organizing documents and timelines while supporting the mission of reducing urban isolation.
Following One Property Through the Lifecycle
The easiest way to understand the model is to follow a single property from start to finish.
- Listing. A seller submits a property to Century Financial Group Corp. The broker reviews it, discusses pricing, and sets reserve protections.
- Preparation. The property's data room is assembled with documents such as title information, inspection materials, and disclosures.
- Auction. Century Real Estate Group Inc schedules and runs the auction in the format that fits the property.
- Bidding. Registered bidders, supported by West Coast Real Estate if they choose, evaluate the data room and place bids.
- Funding. Buyers who need acquisition or conversion capital can explore options through Holistic Funding.
- Coordination and closing. Global Estate Hub Societies helps coordinate documents and timelines through to closing.
At every handoff, the participant stays inside the same ecosystem, with the same standards of transparency.
Why Separation of Roles Matters
There is a practical reason for dividing responsibilities this way. The person who represents the seller should not be the same person coaching the bidder. The person running the auction should not be negotiating on behalf of either side. Clear roles reduce conflicts of interest, make accountability easier, and give each client a professional who is focused on their outcome.
It also makes the system easier to scale. A new partner such as an appraiser, inspector, or contractor can plug into a specific stage of the lifecycle without disrupting the rest.
What This Means for You
- If you are a seller, you get licensed representation and a transparent process built around your reserve.
- If you are a bidder, you get an independent advocate and full visibility into the property's documentation.
- If you are an investor or partner, you get a clear map of where capital, referrals, and services fit in.
